Gareth Boyle trading as BounceHaus is a sole trader in Ireland. Contact Gareth on 085 837 5029 or gareth@bouncehaus.ie. BOOKING AND PAYMENT An enquiry does not reserve equipment. Equipment availability, all delivery charges and the full hire total are confirmed before payment is requested. A €49 deposit secures the confirmed booking and is deducted from the total. The remaining balance is payable after safe delivery and setup, before equipment use. Written confirmation lists equipment, hire dates, delivery arrangements, total price, deposit paid and remaining balance. Cancellation terms are provided before deposit payment and included in confirmation. A booking is marked paid only after verified payment confirmation. DELIVERY AND HANDOVER Weekend hire is Friday delivery and Sunday collection, with windows agreed before confirmation. A responsible adult must attend delivery and the safety briefing. Customers must provide accurate space, surface, access, steps and power information and clear the agreed access route and setup area. Equipment is not installed where safe setup is impossible. The full hire price is not automatically charged for failed installation. No failed-delivery charge applies unless its amount or calculation has been defined, disclosed before booking and approved in admin; any charge must reflect reasonable actual costs and consumer rights. SAFE USE Relevant Airquee instructions and actual equipment govern safe use. Responsible adult supervision and the manufacturer’s separate height-based user limits apply. Written instructions and the handover cover safe grouping, shoes, sharp objects, food and drink, safe bouncing and sliding, blower and power operation, anchors and equipment, damage, unsafe conditions, shutdown, overnight arrangements and assistance from Gareth. Equipment-specific limits and procedures are not guessed. Handover acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights or exclude BounceHaus’s responsibility for negligence. PARTY EXTRAS Machines are available only with castle hire. Popcorn is €79 with ingredients and bags for 50 servings; slushie is €99 with syrup, cups and straws for 50 servings; both are €159 with supplies for 50 servings from each. The bundle replaces the individual charges, and only one €49 deposit applies. Actual machine instructions and verified ingredient/allergen information apply. CANCELLATIONS, DATE CHANGES AND WEATHER The separate Cancellation & Weather Policy, including date changes, forms part of these terms. Applicable statutory rights take precedence.
