Cancellation & Weather Policy

Read the seven-day cancellation rules, credited €49 deposit, free date transfer and BounceHaus weather cancellation and interrupted-hire arrangements.

Cancellation notice is measured from your confirmed Friday delivery date and time, using Europe/Dublin time. At least 7 days before delivery: we refund the deposit and any advance balance, or transfer the booking if you prefer. Less than 7 days before delivery: we retain the €49 deposit, with no additional cancellation charge, and refund any advance balance. Any applicable statutory right requiring a different outcome takes precedence.

One free date transfer is available with at least 7 days’ notice before the confirmed Friday delivery date and time. Your replacement date must be available and within 12 months of the original delivery date. The deposit is applied to the replacement booking. We confirm any price difference before you accept the change. If no suitable replacement date is available, the cancellation policy applies.

Safety decisions follow the relevant Airquee operating instructions and actual site conditions. If BounceHaus cancels before delivery because conditions are unsafe, we refund all payments. A transfer is offered only as your optional alternative. If we cannot supply the agreed equipment, we refund all payments unless you accept an alternative. If conditions become unsafe during hire, stop use, follow the supplied shutdown instructions and contact Gareth. Refunds for interrupted hires are assessed according to the circumstances, usable hire period and applicable consumer rights. There is no blanket ‘no refunds after delivery’ rule. A shower cover does not make an inflatable safe in all weather. Equipment-specific instructions apply; no generic wind limits or shutdown procedures are substituted.
